Naviko is a personal finance and bookkeeping app. You are responsible for the records, files, backups, and decisions you make with the app. Optional online features such as AI processing, Premium benefits, AI credits, redemption codes, Google Play purchase verification, and Google Drive sync may depend on network access and third-party services.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Naviko.

1. Scope
These Terms apply to your use of the Naviko Android app and related app services made available by YI WU. They cover local bookkeeping features and optional online features, including AI processing, Premium benefits, AI credits, redemption code processing, purchase verification, and Google Drive sync when those features are available and used by you.
Naviko currently does not provide a user-facing app account system. Some optional service features may use an anonymous install or service identity to support Premium benefits, AI credits, redemption codes, risk control, and service integrity.
2. Eligibility and Responsibility
You are responsible for your use of Naviko and for keeping your device, Google account, app data, backups, export files, passwords, and recovery information secure. You should not use Naviko for unlawful purposes or in a way that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Naviko is not directed to children. If you are not legally able to accept these Terms, you may use Naviko only with appropriate permission and supervision from a parent, guardian, or other authorized person.
3. Local Data, Backups, and Sync
Naviko is designed primarily around local storage. Most bookkeeping records, ledgers, categories, accounts, budgets, finance workflows, settings, and attachments are stored on your device unless you export, sync, share, restore, or otherwise send them outside the device.
You are responsible for maintaining suitable backups of important data. Unencrypted exports, unencrypted backups, and unencrypted sync files may be readable by anyone who can access those files. If Naviko offers encryption options, you are responsible for remembering the password or keeping the relevant app lock credentials available. Lost passwords may make encrypted backups impossible to restore.
Import, export, backup, restore, and sync features are provided to help you manage your own data. You should review import previews, restore previews, and backup settings carefully before confirming an operation.
4. AI Features
Naviko may provide optional AI features for recognizing or drafting bookkeeping entries from text, images, or other supported inputs. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, delayed, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any AI-generated record before relying on it.
AI features are not financial, tax, legal, accounting, investment, or professional advice. Do not rely on AI output as the only basis for important decisions. Availability, limits, supported formats, response quality, and pricing may change over time.
5. Premium, Purchases, AI Credits, and Redemption Codes
Naviko may offer optional Premium features through Google Play Billing. Google Play may handle payment information, refunds, purchase history, and account-level purchase controls under Google's own terms and policies. Naviko may verify purchase status and restore Premium benefits through Google Play and related Naviko services.
Premium access may be checked periodically to confirm that the current Google Play account still owns the applicable product. If ownership cannot be verified or needs to be restored, some Premium features may be limited until the purchase is restored or verified.
AI credits and redemption codes are optional service features. Credits, grants, expiration rules, redemption limits, cooldowns, fraud prevention checks, and availability may be determined by the app version, service configuration, server-side rules, and applicable laws. Redemption codes have no cash value unless explicitly required by law.
6. Google Drive Sync
If you choose Google Drive sync, Naviko uses Google Sign-In and the Google Drive API with the drive.file
scope to create or update backup files generated by Naviko in your Google Drive. Naviko does not use this scope to
browse or manage unrelated Drive files.
Google Drive sync is an upload or backup workflow, not a guarantee of complete two-way conflict-free data merging. You remain responsible for choosing when to sync, what backup options to use, whether to include attachments, and whether to encrypt backup packages.
Revoking authorization stops future access where technically supported but does not automatically delete backup files already stored in your Google Drive.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Naviko or related services. For example, you must not:
- Use the app or services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt to bypass Premium, AI credit, redemption, rate-limit, purchase-verification, or security controls.
- Submit content that infringes rights, violates law, or contains malicious code.
- Interfere with service infrastructure, reverse engineer service endpoints, or overload the service.
- Use automated systems to redeem codes, consume credits, or call AI features in an abusive manner.
8. Availability and Changes
Naviko and related services may change, be interrupted, be limited, or be discontinued. Features may differ by app version, device, region, language, account status, entitlement state, service availability, Google Play availability, Google Drive availability, network conditions, and applicable legal requirements.
We may update the app, service behavior, feature limits, AI credit rules, security checks, or supported import/export formats to improve reliability, comply with law, prevent abuse, or support product changes.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Naviko is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing records, maintaining backups, protecting passwords, verifying AI output, and complying with applicable financial, tax, accounting, legal, and recordkeeping requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YI WU is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
10. Privacy
Your use of Naviko is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how data is processed when you use local features and optional online features such as AI processing, Premium benefits, AI credits, redemption codes, purchase verification, and Google Drive sync.
11. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The updated version will indicate the latest update date. Continued use of Naviko after changes become available means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
